Paul Tarlatt

MSc

Research Assistant

I studied biochemistry and gained early research experience as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology, as a student researcher at the Rudolf Schönheimer Institute (RSI) for Biochemistry, and during a three-month internship at the University of Montréal. These opportunities prepared me for an MSc in Integrated Immunology at the University of Oxford, where I conducted my thesis work in Prof. David Withers’ lab on dendritic cell retention in the tumour microenvironment.

I have now joined the group, where my research focuses on analysing dendritic cell migration within the tumour microenvironment. Alongside this, I support various ongoing projects in the lab and contribute expertise in immunofluorescence panel design and laser confocal imaging.
